Evaluation of Academic Documents
The Academic Office is responsible for preparing official letters confirming academic records or the completion of foreign documents for current and former students. These letters are often required by external entities for verification purposes, especially when completing evaluation forms from organisations such as WES, CGNFS, Josef Silny & Associates, ERES, ICAS, SpanTran, etc.
Responses to such requests are typically completed within one week of submission. To ensure timely processing and to meet any prevailing deadlines, we encourage students to promptly submit their service requests.
Steps:
- Pay GH₵400.00 into the college's account at any GCB Bank branch.
- Submit the receipt to the administration and fill out the request form.
